We suggest to place a number of drops (equal to the dose you require) under the tongue, hold it the for about a minute, before swallowing. This will allow for fast absorbtion and should take around 15-30 minutes to take effect, dependant on the person.
Everybody is different, either in height, weight, bodyfat or metabolism. This can vary how it may effect you as you build up the cbd in your system. As a first time user, we would suggest taking it slow, using lower amounts and see how you feel as you go (not exeeding 70mg a day). If you are taking any medication, especially certain anti-seizure medication, or are not sure about taking CBD, it is always worth speaking to your doctor before adding it to your routine.
