As with most topical CBD Products, it can generally take about 30 minutes to absorb into the skin. Although this is a guide and starts absorbing when you get into the bath.
Everybody is different, either in height, weight, bodyfat or metabolism. This can vary how it may effect you as you build up the cbd in your system. As a first time user, we would suggest taking it slow, using lower amounts and see how you feel as you go (not exeeding 70mg a day). If you are taking any medication, especially certain anti-seizure medication, or are not sure about taking CBD, it is always worth speaking to your doctor before adding it to your routine.
